Anchored in the Pacific Northwest, I bring the reader into worlds of dewy dreamscapes of forests, meadows and mountains as well as visceral between-places of fire-trails, pump houses and long abandoned cars. I write up-close. Close to the reader, close to the body, close to the heart.

I was accepted into the initial Body of the Book in-person workshop with Lidia Yuknavitch at the Corporeal Writing Center in Portland, Oregon. We workshopped one another's manuscripts in a deep collaborative, months-long intensive. I have also worked with Brian Benson and Monika Drake on my forthcoming memoir "Safekeeping".
